Physique... First Time!
Paul Ishel and Nestor Sanchez on stage on Memorial Day 2012 for the first ever Muscle Beach Physique category competition. Paul (on the left) took the overall win from Nestor in a very close compeition between these two training partners all the way from Detroit. Good Job Guys!
